This is Deepkold's nicotine-free vape juice — a bottled zero nicotine e-liquid at 0 mg/mL for the refillable pod you already own, co-developed with JuiceKold and bottled by them. What is nicotine-free vape juice?
Nicotine-free vape juice is bottled e-liquid made with the same three ingredients as any other e-liquid — propylene glycol (PG), vegetable glycerin (VG) and food-grade flavoring — with the fourth one, nicotine, left out. The bottle says 0 mg/mL (you will also see it written 0 mg, 0%, or zero nic). It is used exactly like regular e-liquid: you fill a refillable pod or tank, the coil heats it, you get flavored vapor. The difference is entirely in what is not there. There is no throat hit from nicotine, no buzz, and nothing addictive in the formula, so the flavor has to carry the whole experience — which is why zero-nic liquids tend to be built louder and sweeter than their 50 mg cousins.

Which devices does 0 mg vape juice work in?
Any refillable pod system or tank: the small draw-activated pod kits most people move to after disposables, as well as larger refillable tanks. Fill the pod, let the cotton soak for five minutes before the first draw, and treat it like any other e-liquid. Two things it does not work in: a sealed disposable (there is no way to fill one, and no reason to try) and a device you have never cleaned — a coil that has run 50 mg salt for a month will taste of that liquid for the first few fills. If you are buying a pod for this, a low-wattage MTL pod is the right fit; the bottle is a nicotine-free e-liquid, not a high-VG sub-ohm juice.
