These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of deepkold.com and any purchase you make from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to use this site or buy from us, and you must be located in the United States. We sell to the U.S. market only.

Age is verified at checkout, and orders may require additional verification before they ship.
Orders are for adults 21 and older only. You confirm you are 21 or older at checkout, and an order may be subject to an additional age-verification check before it ships.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide for age and identity verification is accurate.

3. Products

Deepkold sells nicotine-free vapes and nicotine-free pouches. All of our products are made and sold as 0% nicotine.

We describe each product as accurately as we reasonably can, including flavor notes and specifications.
Flavors, product lines, and availability can change over time, and individual items may sell out.
Product photos are for illustration; packaging and appearance may vary slightly.

4. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). The price you see at checkout is the price that applies to your order, before any applicable shipping or taxes shown at checkout. We may change prices, promotions, and product offerings at any time. If we discover an obvious pricing error after you order, we may cancel the affected order and let you know.

5. Orders and cash on delivery

Deepkold uses cash on delivery (COD). There is no card payment at checkout. When you place an order, you agree to pay the order total in cash to the carrier at the time of delivery.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, orders that fail age verification, appear fraudulent or suspicious, or come from outside our eligible delivery area.
If you are not available with cash and a valid 21+ ID at delivery, the package may be returned to us.

8. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

copy, scrape, or reuse site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Intellectual property

The content on deepkold.com — including text, images, product copy, logos, and page design — belongs to Deepkold or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it for commercial use without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deepkold is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your purchase of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable laws that apply to your purchase, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
