Corrections & Updates Policy
Last reviewed: June 2026
We want our nicotine-free guides and product information to be accurate. When something is wrong, unclear, or out of date, we fix it — and we are open about having done so. This page explains how.
How to report an error
If you spot a factual mistake, a broken link, an outdated statistic, or a claim that needs a source, email support@deepkold.com with the page URL and what you think is wrong. We read every message and aim to respond within five business days.
What we correct
- • Factual errors — wrong numbers, mislabeled ingredients, misquoted sources.
- • Outdated guidance — when regulations, research, or product details change.
- • Broken or moved links, including external sources.
- • Anything that could be read as a medical or safety claim we did not intend — we remove or rewrite it.
How we log changes
Every guide carries a "last reviewed" or "updated" date, and our structured data records the publish and last-modified dates. For a substantive correction — one that changes the meaning of a claim — we update that date and, where it matters to readers, note what changed. Minor copy edits and typo fixes are made without a separate note.
Our standing commitments
We do not fabricate reviews, ratings, sales numbers, or lab results, and we make no medical claims about nicotine-free products. These rules are described in full in our editorial policy. Corrections never change those commitments — they exist to keep us honest to them.
