STATUS MEANINGS
Six order states, decoded.
- Pending payment — order placed but payment not yet captured. Most clear within minutes; if stuck more than 2 hours, the card was declined and the order will auto-cancel.
- Processing — payment captured, order is in the warehouse pick queue. No tracking number yet.
- Shipped — carrier scanned the parcel. Tracking number lands in your email within 30 minutes.
- Out for delivery — on the truck for delivery today. Carrier-side status, not a Deepkold status.
- Delivered — carrier scanned at the delivery address. If you don't see the parcel within 24 hours of this scan, see "Lost or damaged" below.
- On hold — paused for an issue we're working on (failed address, chargeback, age-verification flag). You'll get an email explaining the hold within 24 hours.
LOST OR DAMAGED
If tracking says delivered but it isn't there.
- Wait 48 hours after the "delivered" scan. About 1 in 20 of those scans land the next day — the scan fires when the package leaves the truck for the route, not at the door.
- Check the property — neighbor porches, recessed entryways, side gates, package lockers, and mailrooms account for most missing deliveries.
- Email service@deepkold.com with the order number, the tracking number, and a one-line description.
- We file the carrier claim and reship — a replacement order ships the next business day after we open the claim, you don't wait for it to resolve.

Common questions.
How long does Deepkold shipping take?
Most orders deliver in 2-5 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM CT Monday-Friday usually ship the same day from our US fulfillment center.
My tracking says delivered but I never got it. What do I do?
Check with neighbors, side gates, recessed porches. If still missing after 48 hours, email service@deepkold.com with the order number — we file a carrier claim and reship at no charge.
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
If the order has not shipped, yes — email service@deepkold.com within 2 hours of placing the order. Once a USPS or UPS label is generated, the address is locked.
Will my order ship in a discreet package?
Yes. Plain brown outer boxes — no vape, tobacco, or nicotine branding visible.
Do I need to sign for my order?
No. Deepkold orders don't require an adult signature on delivery — they ship and arrive like any standard parcel. We confirm you're 21 or older at checkout when you place the order.
